Meditation Find Inner Peace and Love The world we live in today is full of many distractions that can slowdown our minds. These distractions can destroy our awareness by causing more sepraration between our physical and spiritual bodies. Meditation helps reduce these distractions and brings our bodies and minds to a finer state of equilibrium.   At this state disturbance is minimal and our consciousness is in a state of ecstasy, spaceless and timeless. This state can be refered to as: pure potentiality, creativity, eternity, peace, joy, happiness and infinite possibilities. If we can perfect meditation, we will increase the power of creation within us and anything is possible. All we have to do is use the power of imagination and we can create our own realities. Since humanity is nowhere near this level, it is impossible for us to effectively use this power of creation but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't try.   Perfecting meditation takes time, commitment and patience. Learning this technique will help us achieve a higher level of consciousness. Meditation also reunites us with the infinite knowledge stored within our souls. Reconnecting to this subtle energy will contradict many of our beliefs but will help us find the truth about who we truly are. It will also help us achieve divinity, happiness, inner peace, enlightenment and bliss.   Meditation is one of the best ways to help us achieve true happiness and love. Most people live their lives trying to find happiness and love but will usually end up empty handed. The main reason for this is because they are searching in the wrong places. Instead of relying on their inner selves, they rely on external things to fulfill the void within them. We can't find true happiness and love from external things until we first find it within ourselves. The happiness and love within us are infinite, they will never go away and are unconditional. The happiness and love we find from external things are usually temporary and will not be able to fill the void within us. From a spiritual perspective, love is the vibrational energy that seeks Oneness and harmony. It is not just a feeling but a conscious energy that attracts. Therefore, when we love others we live in harmony with them and are attracted to them. Remember, everything we need to know about ourselves is already within us. Instead of relying mostly on external sources to help us find happiness and love, we need to rely more on internal sources.
