A large butterfly is this pendant's motif, crafted with lovingly created details in Sterling silver. Into each of the large upper and smaller lower pair of wings two Baltic amber gems are inserted. Thus an especially romantic piece of jewelry is created by the warm color and the glittering of natural amber and the highly detailed animal motif.

This pendant is made of Sterling silver embellished with precious amber. Sterling is also called 925 Silver and consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. Because of its high quality it is the most frequently used and most popular silver for the production of jewelry. Its name is derived from the Sterling coins that were used in Great Britain until 1920 and which consisted of exactly the same silver alloy.
