30 Days for Withdrawal

1. If you don't like the piece of jewelry...

If contrary to our expectations the ordered items don't meet with your approval you can simply withdraw from your purchase without giving reasons and we will refund the purchase price, the (attributable) standard shipping fees of the items and your return shipping costs.

From the time you have received our delivery you have 30 days to see for yourself the quality of the ordered products. To exert your right of withdrawal you only have to send us an email or a letter or to call us before the end of this period telling us that you don't want to keep the item - if you want to you can also use our sample withdrawal form at the bottom of this page for this statement. The withdrawal and the returned products have to be sent to:

 
To save costs and time and to increase the safety of the returns we would ask you to use a postage-paid and registered mail for sending back products within 14 days after your withdrawal - we will then refund the purchase price, the (attributable) shipping fees of the standard shipping and the cost of returning the goods. If you selected the more expensive delivery methods COD or Express unfortunately we cannot refund the additional cost arising out of this choice.

Apart from that we ask you to look after the items you want to return (the same way you would treat products in a store) and to add all product parts (like package, chain, ...) to the return. Otherwise we unfortunately have to reduce the refund by the loss of value - after all we must be able to resell the item!

As soon as we have received your returned items or a corresponding evidence that you have sent back the goods (and not later than fourteen days after your withdrawal if we receive back the goods earlier) we refund the purchase price, the (attributable) standard shipping fees and your return shipping costs: If you selected payment in advance or COD we transfer the money to your banking account (therefore please tell us your account data in the course of your withdrawal), if you paid by PayPal, credit card or direct debit, we transfer the money using our payment provider PayPal. If you ordered using pay upon invoice the invoice is no longer due.

2. How long is the withdrawal period?

With many online shops you only have 14 days to return items you don't like. Since we are sure that the design and quality of the items we sell will be appreciated by our customers we have voluntarily extended the period to 30 days - you therefore have plenty of time to test the items before you must decide to keep them.

3. What items are included in the right of withdrawal?

Many shops exclude the return of products that were manufactured according to the customer's wishes - with us you can return all items if you don't like them, including pieces of jewelry where you chose the gem to be set or rings with your personal diameter!

Right of Withdrawal
 
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
 
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
 
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Avalon's Treasury - Schneitler & Weiss GbR, Dr. Clemens Schneitler & Dr. Christian Weiss, Waldstr. 14, 83395 Freilassing, Germany, info@AvalonsTreasury.com, telephone: +49-8654-457 9623 1) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
 
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 
Consequences of the Withdrawal
 
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and return shipping costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
 
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. We bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

If you return products according to this voluntary returns guarantee, we will refund the purchase price of the items including your return shipping costs and the standard delivery costs of the original purchase with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. The repayment will be made at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
 
This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of withdrawal as described above.
